Beyond Content Club – Terms & Conditions

By joining the Beyond Content Club (the “Club”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein.

 1.⁠ ⁠Service Overview

Beyond Content Club is a 1-year membership program led by May. It includes live support, content reviews, community access, collaboration opportunities, guest speakers, templates, prompts, training, and AI tools.

 2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into contracts. If you’re under 18, participation requires consent from a parent or guardian.

 3.⁠ ⁠Payment & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds for membership fees once paid.

Upon payment, you consent to being added to our mailing list and receiving relevant Club communications.

 4.⁠ ⁠Club Content & Usage

All Club content (courses, templates, frameworks, community posts, etc.) is proprietary and for your personal use only.

You may not duplicate, resell, publish, distribute, or exploit any material from the Club.

Any public sharing of your participation (testimonials, posts), or results gained while in the club, grants us a royalty-free, irrevocable license to repost or use them for marketing.

 5.⁠ ⁠Communications

By enrolling, you agree to receive updates and program-related communications via email and platforms we use (e.g., Skool, Discord). These may include marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing, but service-critical messages will continue.

 6.⁠ ⁠Disclaimers & No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes—such as revenue, growth, visibility, or conversions. Results vary based on individual effort, niche, timing, and external factors.

The Club is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

 7.⁠ ⁠Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk to May shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income or opportunities. Use of Club materials is at your own risk.

 8.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

All Club content is owned by Talk to May. No transfer of ownership occurs via your membership. Any reuse requires written permission.

 9.⁠ ⁠Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Terms governed by the laws of Ireland. In the event of disputes, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal remedies.

10.⁠ ⁠Modifications

Talk to May reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant updates. Your continued participation signifies acceptance of any changes.

11.⁠ ⁠Termination

Violations of these Terms may result in temporary or permanent removal from the Club. Key provisions—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations—survive termination.

12. VIP option

If you choose to enroll in the VIP option, you must use your 2 coaching months at the start of your enrollment in beyond content club. No delays or postponement requests will be accepted.

All private communications are done via the Company's chosen platform. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable platform for our communications
