BEYOND CONTENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: July 2026

By enrolling in Beyond Content or Beyond Content VIP (collectively referred to as the "Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein.
Service Overview

Beyond Content is a membership program led by May.

Program features may include, but are not limited to:
• Strategy Blueprint
• Personalised Content Reviews
• Q&A Support
• Live Q&A sessions, workshops, trainings, and guest speaker sessions
• Access to our content, marketing, and business methodology
• Templates, prompts, resources, and AI tools

Beyond Content VIP includes all standard membership benefits for 12 months, including a private strategy.

It includes access to Beyond Content for 12 months PLUS:
• 1x starting 60-min call with May when you join to build your initial strategy
• 5x follow-up strategy sessions during the year, to book anytime within 12 months
• Monthly asset reviews
• 12 months of private Q&A support
• Personalised strategic guidance

The Company may update, expand, replace, remove, or reorganise the educational content, training materials, resources, templates, and curriculum within the Program at any time to reflect new strategies, technologies, industry developments, or improvements to the member experience.

The Company may also adjust the dates, times, format, or delivery method of live sessions, workshops, trainings, Q&A calls, and guest speaker sessions where reasonably necessary.

Any such changes will be made in good faith and will not materially reduce the overall number of live sessions, the core educational purpose of the Program, or the overall value of the membership.

Document Reviews may include strategic feedback, recommendations, copy adjustments, revisions, and implementation guidance on individual business and marketing assets.

Examples include one sales page, one opt-in page, one freebie or lead magnet, one workshop or masterclass slide deck, one messaging strategy document, one offer brief, one launch plan, one carousel of up to 10 slides, one email sequence of up to 5 emails, or one content plan containing up to 5 content pieces. Document Reviews are intended for individual assets and do not include extensive collections of materials, full content calendars, multiple campaigns, or large-scale projects submitted as a single review request.

Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under 18 years old, participation requires consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, transfers, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase.
Failure to use the Program, attend live sessions, access materials, participate in the community, complete the coursework, or cancel a recurring subscription before renewal does not entitle the Member to a refund, credit, or chargeback.

If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to make payments does not cancel your commitment or release you from the obligation to pay the remaining balance.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Program if any payment becomes overdue. Access may remain suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Program Content & Usage
All Program materials, trainings, recordings, templates, frameworks, documents, resources, community content, and related materials are proprietary and provided solely for your personal business use.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, publish, or exploit Program materials
• Share your login credentials or access with others.
• Record, download, reproduce, or redistribute live sessions
• Use Program materials to create competing products, services, trainings, memberships, or communities
Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Communications

By enrolling, you agree to receive Program-related communications through email and any platforms selected by the Company, including but not limited to Skool, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Zoom, or other communication platforms.
You may opt out of marketing communications; however, service-related communications necessary for your participation may continue.

The Company is not responsible for missed communications resulting from inaccurate contact information, spam filtering, platform outages, email opt out preferences, or participant failure to monitor designated communication channels.

Beyond Content VIP Terms

Beyond Content VIP includes an intensive support period designed to run across your full 12-month membership.

VIP benefits, including strategy sessions, private messaging support, and monthly asset reviews, must be used within the 12-month membership period from the first payment date and do not roll over beyond that timeframe.

The starting 1:1 strategy call should be scheduled within the first 30 days of enrollment unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing.

Follow-up strategy sessions may be booked at any point during the 12-month membership period.

Private messaging support is provided during normal business hours only and will take place through the communication platform selected by the Company.

Unused VIP services, sessions, reviews, or support periods have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable.

Disclaimers & No Guarantees

The Program is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

The Company does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to revenue, profit, business growth, audience growth, visibility, engagement, leads, sales, clients, conversions, or other outcomes.
Results vary significantly based on factors including individual effort, skills, experience, market conditions, implementation, timing, and external circumstances beyond the Company's control.

Nothing provided within the Program constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, therapeutic, or professional advice.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Program remain the sole property of Talk to May and its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to participants.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, publication, modification, or exploitation of Program content may result in legal action.

By voluntarily sharing testimonials, feedback, comments, success stories, social media posts, reviews, results, screenshots, or other content related to your participation, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, and display such content for marketing, promotional, educational, or business purposes.

Community Standards

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully within all Program spaces.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive conduct, spamming, solicitation, promotion of unrelated products or services, sharing confidential information, or disruption of the community may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.

The Company reserves sole discretion in determining whether participant conduct violates community standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk to May, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of income, revenue, profits, clients, opportunities, goodwill, business interruption, data loss, or other commercial losses arising from participation in the Program.
The Company's total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the Program.
Participation and implementation of Program materials are undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations and mediation.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or amend these Terms at any time.
Material updates will be communicated through reasonable means. Continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Program at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, misuse of Program materials, disruptive conduct, racism, misogyny, or any behavior deemed harmful to the Program, community, or Company.
No refunds shall be issued upon termination resulting from participant misconduct.
Sections relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, testimonials, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.

Membership Renewal

Beyond Content is a recurring membership subscription.
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, the membership will automatically renew for the applicable subscription period and the payment method on file will be charged accordingly.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the membership platform, payment portal, or by contacting the Company. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not affect access to any current paid membership period.
The Member is responsible for ensuring cancellation is completed before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue their membership.
No refunds will be given once the membership has been renewed.

Consumer Right to Withdraw (EU Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you may ordinarily have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

By purchasing and enrolling in the Program, you expressly request and consent to the immediate commencement of the Company's services and the provision of digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

You acknowledge that the Company begins performing its obligations immediately upon enrollment, including but not limited to processing your enrollment, onboarding activities, administrative support, providing access instructions, granting access to Program resources, arranging community access, scheduling, communications, and other Program-related services.

You understand and agree that access to certain Program elements, including communities, platforms, live sessions, resources, recordings, or other membership features, may require manual approval or administrative processing and that such administrative steps do not delay the commencement of the Company's performance.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company may begin providing the Program immediately and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you lose and waive your statutory right to withdraw from the contract once such performance has commenced.
